Workshop

Consists of:

  • 11 hour workshop

  • 4 sessions which are 2hrs & 45min each.

  • You will learn a series of 31 processes to invigorate the body, and reach peak physical fitness and mental health.

  • All the 4 sessions are Mandatory in order to learn the complete practice, once learnt it can be practiced on your own.

  • Post Program Support via WhatsApp

Practice Requirements:

  • No prior Experience of Yoga needed

  • Available to ages 8 and above

  • Physical Practise with a high intenisty
