A series of 31 dynamic processes, rooted in yoga, to invigorate the body and reach peak physical fitness. Angamardana means gaining complete mastery over the limbs, organs and other parts of the body. It needs no fitness equipment.

About the event



CONSISTS OF:

  • 11 hour workshop

  • 4 sessions x 2 hours 45 min each.

  • 4th & 5th October 2025

  • Session 1 & 2 - Sat - 7:00am - 10:00am & 4:00pm - 7pm

  • Session 2 & 3 - Sun  - 7:00am - 10:00am & 4:00pm - 7pm

  • All sessions are Mandatory in order to learn the complete practice, once learnt it can be practiced on your own.

  • Post Program Support via WhatsApp


Practice Requirements:

  • No prior Experience of Yoga needed

  • Available to ages 8 and above

  • Physical Practise with a high intenisty
