CONSISTS OF:

  • Yoga for Health and Wellbeing.

  • 12th April

  • Session - 3:30pm - 4:30pm

  • A free Introductory session to Hatha Yoga ( All are Welcome )

  • Learn two Yogic Practices which:

  • Activate the joints, muscles and energy system.

  • Bring balance to the system leading to psychological well being.


Practice Requirements:

  • No prior Experience of Yoga needed

  • Available to ages 7 and above

  • Low intensity
