A series of 31 dynamic processes, rooted in yoga, to invigorate the body and reach peak physical fitness. Angamardana means gaining complete mastery over the limbs, organs and other parts of the body. It needs no fitness equipment.

CONSISTS OF:
11 hour workshop
4 sessions x 2 hours 45 min each.
22 & 23 March 2025
Session 1 & 2 - Sat - 7:00am - 10:00am & 4:00pm - 6:45pm
Session 3 & 4 - Sun - 7:00am - 10:00am & 4:00pm - 6:45pm
Both sessions are Mandatory in order to learn the complete practice, once learnt it can be practiced on your own.

No prior Experience of Yoga needed
Available to ages 8 and above
